      We want to make returns as easy as possible. But let’s be honest—boxing up a full sectional isn’t exactly fun. That’s why we recommend starting with our No-Risk Trial Armless Unit.

      It ships in just one box and lets you experience the style, comfort, and fabric in your own space before committing. If it’s not the right fit, returning it is simple. If you love it (and we think you will), you can order the remaining pieces to complete your sectional.

      When you return a No-Risk Trial Armless or Wide Armless Unit, you’ll receive a full refund—including shipping both ways. We refund every penny.

      For any return that isn’t part of a No-Risk Trial, try to send it back within 30 days in the original packaging. You’ll receive a refund of the item price, minus a flat 10% return fee to cover the original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

      Trial armless deep seat

      I’ve ordered the armless deep seat to see if I would like the sectional from Home Reserve. The seat arrived in two boxes and after identifying all the parts needed my son and I proceeded with the assembly. When reading through the assembly instructions you have to be mindful that you are on the correct page for your seating group because there are several assembly instructions for different seats. We didn’t realize right away and were confused why at some point our marked pieces didn’t have the correct lettering. I made a phone call to Home Reserve, talked to customer support and was asked if I was on the correct page for my seat. That is when I realized I had the wrong pages. Long story short, we finished putting the seat together, sat on it and one of my dogs also uses the seat daily and it is holding up nicely. I like the style and color that I have chosen and went ahead last week to order the rest of the sectional.

      It takes some time to assemble but I think it is worth it. Everything looks well made and I would also add that you need to use the included sanding block to smooth out some areas of the wood to facilitate covering the fabric over it since everything is very tightly sewn. Using the sanding block definitely helps.

      Now, I’m just waiting for the rest of the sectional to arrive!

      Ordered the rest of our couch to go with the armless one to try already had to clean it from my dog and it’s Amazing .. all stains come out

      Easy to assemble and quite comfortable. My only issue is I wish the back was taller, but thats not a deal breaker. We will def buy the remaining sections!

      It was pretty easy to put together. I did have to take a few pieces off and backtrack when I realized I had leftover pieces and had been using the wrong directions (regular instead of wide deep seat.

      I would love to have the option of at least one arm with the trial seat

      So I got the trial seat but I am not able to sit on it with my dog because he doesn't feel supported enough to sit with me. If I had the option of getting at least one arm so he can feel supported that would have been ideal. I know this may be unique to me but if the customer is willing to pay for an arm shouldn't you offer it? I am buying the couch but I don't really know much about the comfort other than sitting in it for short periods of time (yes, the dog whines if he's not sitting next to me!) and I could have done that at a furniture store! For others that may have experienced or will experience this I think it should be an option.
