Security & Payment Methods
We accept major U.S.-issued credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Payments are encrypted and securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Home Reserve does not store your credit card information; all payment data is handled through Shopify’s PCI-compliant systems.
Sales tax is applied via TaxJar based on your location.
Product Specifications, Pricing, and Acceptance of Orders
Product specifications and fabrics may change due to ongoing improvements. Prices are subject to change without notice. We may decline any order when necessary, including cases of pricing errors.
Returns
We build our furniture to be part of your life for years—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We offer two types of returns depending on what you purchased.
Returns (Non–No-Risk Trial)
If you change your mind:

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery

Items must be returned in original packaging
-
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
-
A 15% return fee applies to help offset the original shipping costs
This structure helps us keep everyday pricing and shipping as affordable as possible for everyone.
A couple things we can’t take back:

Orders over $3,500 (for large setups, start with a No-Risk Trial!)

No-Risk Trial Returns
Our No-Risk Trial is designed to help you shop confidently and reduce furniture waste. If your trial unit isn’t the right fit, you can choose one of two simple return paths:
PATH 1: Return Your No-Risk Trial (Original Box Required)
If you still have the original shipping box:

Email support@homereserve.com to let us know you’d like to return your No-Risk Trial.

We’ll email you a complimentary UPS return label.
-
Pack the unit back into the original box and place it on your porch for pickup.

Receive a full refund once the return reaches us.
PATH 2: No-Waste, No-Risk Program (No Box Required)
If you no longer have the original box, choose one of our waste-free options:
Option A: Keep & Convert (Chair Conversion)
Turn your trial seat into a fully functioning chair.

Purchase a pair of arms in your No-Risk Trial fabric for $200 + tax

We refund your entire No-Risk Trial order (excluding the cost of the arms)
-
No additional fabric cover is provided
-
You avoid sending anything to the landfill
-
Refund is issued immediately once the arms are purchased
Option B: Gift the Trial to Someone Else

Gift your trial unit to a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member who you think may love Home Reserve!

Send the new owner's name (first and last) and email to support@homereserve.com so we can transfer the warranty. Once the warranty is transferred, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The new owner may:

buy arms to create a chair, or
-
build it into a full sectional
-
This program keeps furniture out of landfills while helping someone else discover Home Reserve.

Frame & Hardware Warranty
Every Home Reserve frame and its hardware are covered by a 10-year limited warranty, guaranteeing against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

What’s Not Covered
To keep this warranty fair and sustainable, the following are not included:

Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, including skipped steps, overtightened screws, or assembly performed outside our instructions

Misuse or commercial use

Cosmetic issues unrelated to structural performance
-
Fabrics and cushions (individual fabric and cushion replacements can be purchased separately)
If you ever need help, our support team can diagnose issues and provide repair parts—because nearly every component we make is replaceable.
Reselling Home Reserve Furniture
Home Reserve products are intended for personal use only and are not authorized for resale.
Patents
Our furniture is protected by U.S. Patents #6,267,446, #6,568,058, #6,981,747, #7,044,557, and others pending.
Third-Party Tracking
We use cookies and analytics to understand how visitors navigate our site and improve your experience. Hashed, anonymized data may be shared with advertising partners for attribution, but never to promote products unrelated to Home Reserve.
