Home Reserve operates on a secure server to protect your information. When you provide details such as your name, address, or credit card information, this data is encrypted and safeguarded from third-party observation. Shopify is certified PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, ensuring that all payment transactions and customer information are processed securely and meet industry standards. Additionally, Shopify’s fraud detection tools help identify and prevent unauthorized or suspicious transactions.


Payment Methods

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (USA-issued only).

Use of Credit Cards

When you place an order, your personal and payment information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Home Reserve does not store your credit card details directly, as they are encrypted and securely handled by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment processor.

All charges, including taxes and shipping, are calculated at the time of purchase. We will not make adjustments to charges without your approval.

Sales tax is applied via TaxJar based on your location.


Product Specifications, Pricing, and Acceptance of Orders

Product specifications may change due to ongoing improvements. Prices are subject to change without notice, and fabrics may be discontinued. We reserve the right to decline any order if necessary, especially in cases of pricing errors.


Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s what you need to know:

  • General Returns: If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • No-Risk Trials: If you purchased a No-Risk Trial item, the original shipping cost will be refunded, and Home Reserve will cover the return shipping.

  • Non-returnable Items: Fabric cover-only orders and large multi-item orders exceeding $3,500 are non-returnable. We recommend starting with a No-Risk Trial item for large orders.

For returns, an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) is required. Contact support@homereserve.com to begin the process.


Reselling Home Reserve Furniture

Home Reserve products are for personal use only and are not authorized for resale.

Third-Party Tracking

We use website analytics to understand how visitors navigate our site and improve your experience. Cookies allow us to gather this information, and encoded, hashed data is shared with advertising partners to help attribute ad click conversions. However, this data is not shared with others to promote their products.
