We build our furniture to be a long-term part of your life—but if things don’t work out, we’ve got a plan.

Changed Your Mind?

All of our sectionals are made to order, built just for you. While custom sectionals are typically not returnable from any retailer, we offer a more flexible approach. You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that return shipping and proper packaging (in the original boxes or equivalent) is the customer’s responsibility, and we’ll apply a flat 15% return fee. This fee helps us recover part of the original shipping as well as the labor involved in carefully processing and inspecting returned pieces. It allows us to keep shipping free for everyone while still handling returns fairly.

Trying a No-Risk Trial?

You’re fully covered. We’ll refund your entire purchase—including shipping—and we’ll take care of the return shipping, too. That’s the beauty of a No-Risk Trial. Return it in its original packaging and we refund every penny.

A Couple Things We Can’t Take Back:

  • Fabric cover-only orders

  • Large orders over $4,000
    (For big setups, we recommend starting with a No-Risk Trial so you can be sure it’s just right.)
