Home Reserve Standard Seat Sectionals are our classic seating option, perfect for those who prefer a supportive sit with their feet comfortably on the ground. This sectional has been a customer favorite for decades.

Every sectional features all 9 Home Reserve Benefits, including hidden storage, washable performance fabric covers, and CertiPUR foam cushions. Our CertiPUR foam meets rigorous standards for safety, durability, and indoor air quality, while the fiber fill in our back cushions is made from 100% BPA-free recycled water bottles, providing eco-conscious comfort.

Assembly is straightforward—each modular unit takes about 40 minutes to assemble with just a screwdriver (or a power drill to speed things up). Since sectionals are made up of multiple units, we recommend inviting friends and turning it into a fun assembly party!

With a 10-year frame warranty and a design built to last, our Standard Seat Sectionals offer the perfect blend of comfort, sustainability, and timeless style for any home.
Fabric & Care
Return Policy

Returns made easy. We recommend starting with our No-Risk Trial single Armless Unit - it ships in one box so you can try the style, comfort, and fabric at home. Love it? Order the rest. Don't? Return the No-Risk Trial unit for a full refund, including shipping both ways.
For all other full layout returns, initiate within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (we can arrange carrier pickup and quote costs upfront). Some orders are not eligible for return - see our full policy for details.
10 Year Warranty

Designed to last! Every frame that leaves our factory comes with a 10-year warranty against defects and normal wear and tear. If any piece breaks or becomes damaged under regular use, we'll send a replacement part - no cost to you* and nothing to ship back. It's that simple.
The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesn’t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees. The production process uses the entire tree, and this material’s shear strength can be up to 2-times greater than plywood. Serving your household over time is how it proves to be a beautiful thing.

See full warranty details here.

Made to Order

We're on a mission to reimagine the furniture industry. Why? Because it overproduces and undervalues renewability, leading to wasted resources and furniture that doesn’t last or adapt.

That's why every Home Reserve piece is made to order and designed to be renewed. If you don’t need it, we don’t make it. If you do, we ensure it’s built to fit your life and serve you for years to come.

Made to Last

The world needs furniture designed to be renewed, not replaced—and that’s exactly what Home Reserve delivers. With durable, replaceable parts and washable fabrics, our furniture is built to adapt and last, giving you one less thing to throw away and one more thing to rely on.

Made in the USA

Home Reserve furniture is made in the USA, supporting the local community in Fort Wayne, IN. As a family-owned factory, we provide hourly wages instead of per-piece pay, prioritizing quality and safety over quantity. We offer living wages and cover 100% of health insurance for our employees. With a four-day workweek, we promote work-life balance, ensuring you receive durable, thoughtfully designed furniture for your home.

What you’re paying for

We’re not listing this to justify our prices. We’re listing it because we think you deserve to know exactly what your purchase funds — the people who built it, the materials inside it, and the commitments we’ve made along the way.

Running a responsible factory. Rent, equipment, and utilities for our 25-year family-owned facility — including a water-neutral production process through our partnership with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation.

Perfect for my space
My home has very small doors and we struggled to find a piece off the conventional market. I love that this item was completely customizable, easy to put together, and shipped relatively quick. The price was also just right and the added storage was a bonus. I also like the fact that I can add an additional seat in the future if need be.

We received the part we were missing today so my husband finished setting it up today. It came out beautifully. Love the fabric, we went with arch hemp, it’s great and neutral color. Love the texture. It’s a very comfortable sectional and was easy to put together .
