Returns made easy. We recommend starting with our No-Risk Trial single Armless Unit - it ships in one box so you can try the style, comfort, and fabric at home. Love it? Order the rest. Don't? Return the No-Risk Trial unit for a full refund, including shipping both ways.
For all other full layout returns, initiate within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (we can arrange carrier pickup and quote costs upfront). Some orders are not eligible for return - see our full policy for details.
10 Year Warranty

Designed to last! Every frame that leaves our factory comes with a 10-year warranty against defects and normal wear and tear. If any piece breaks or becomes damaged under regular use, we'll send a replacement part - no cost to you* and nothing to ship back. It's that simple.
The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesn’t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees. The production process uses the entire tree, and this material’s shear strength can be up to 2-times greater than plywood. Serving your household over time is how it proves to be a beautiful thing.

Yes. Units connect with locking bolts that hold them securely in place but can be undone anytime to rearrange your layout or add new units.
What if this exact layout doesn't fit my room - can I customize it?

Yes. Mix and match individual units – armless, corner, ottoman, end panels – using the layout builder on our site. Or email support@homereserve.com and we'll build a custom layout for you and send a cart link to check out.
Will this fit through my stairwell or apartment door?

Yes. It ships flat-packed and ready-to-assemble on site, in boxes that fit through doorways, elevators, and staircases. Assembly takes about 40 minutes per seat unit.
Is the fabric machine-washable and stain-resistant?

It depends on the collection. Essentials fabrics are machine-washable. Performance+ fabrics are machine-washable and stain-resistant. Exclusive Collection fabrics are spot-clean only.
Is this good for a home with pets?

Yes. Pet-friendly fabrics include Archetype and Retriever (Performance+).
Can I replace just the cushion cover if it gets damaged?

Yes, all of our furniture has individually replaceable parts/covers.
What's the return policy?

30-day return window, 15% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping. We suggest keeping original packaging in case a return is needed.
No-Risk Trial Armless and Wide Armless units are fully refundable including shipping if returned in their original packaging (excludes Priority Fulfillment Fee, if selected).
Priority Fulfillment Fee is non-refundable. Full return policy
What's the warranty?

10-year frame and hardware warranty. Replacement parts sent free if something breaks under normal wear and tear.
How long does shipping take?

Standard ~3 weeks; Priority Fulfillment available for ~1 week delivery for a fee.
