  Home Reserve Standard Seat Sectionals are our classic seating option, perfect for those who prefer a supportive sit with their feet comfortably on the ground. This sectional has been a customer favorite for decades.

  Every sectional features all 9 Home Reserve Benefits, including hidden storage, washable performance fabric covers, and CertiPUR foam cushions. Our CertiPUR foam meets rigorous standards for safety, durability, and indoor air quality, while the fiber fill in our back cushions is made from 100% BPA-free recycled water bottles, providing eco-conscious comfort.
  
  Assembly is straightforward—each modular unit takes about 40 minutes to assemble with just a screwdriver (or a power drill to speed things up). Since sectionals are made up of multiple units, we recommend inviting friends and turning it into a fun assembly party!

• Return Policy

  We want to make returns as easy as possible. But let's be honest—boxing up a full sectional isn't exactly fun. That's why we recommend starting with our No-Risk Trial single Armless Unit (or single Wide Armless Unit).

  It ships in just one box and lets you experience the style, comfort, and fabric of one seat in your own space before committing. If it's not the right fit, returning it is simple. If you love it (and we think you will), you can order the remaining pieces to complete your sectional.

  When you return a No-Risk Trial Armless or Wide Armless Unit, you'll receive a full refund for that unit - including shipping both ways.

  For any return that isn't a No-Risk Trial, please initiate your return within 30 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our sectionals and every piece being made to order, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, though we're happy to arrange carrier pickup from your doorstep in original packaging. We'll quote the shipping cost and confirm it with you before scheduling pickup - that amount plus the restocking fee will then be deducted from your refund. Our carrier rates are typically more competitive than arranging freight independently, but you're also welcome to use your own carrier if you prefer.

  Please note that fabric-only orders and orders over $4,000 are not eligible for return. For larger setups, we recommend starting with a No-Risk Trial.

  Designed to last! Every frame that leaves our factory comes with a 10-year warranty. We send a replacement part if any piece breaks or becomes damaged. No cost. No questions. Nothing to ship back. It’s that simple.

  The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesn’t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees. The production process uses the entire tree, and this material’s shear strength can be up to 2-times greater than plywood. Serving your household over time is how it proves to be a beautiful thing.
