We want to make returns as easy as possible. But let’s be honest - boxing up a full Chair isn’t exactly fun. That’s why the No-Risk Trial is offered as a single Deep Seat Armless or Deep Seat Wide Armless Unit, allowing you to experience the style, comfort, and fabric in your own space before committing.
The Deep Seat No-Risk Trial unit ships in one box. If it’s not the right fit, returning that unit is simple. If you love it (and we think you will), you can order the remaining pieces to complete your sectional. (There’s an option to indicate that you have a No-Risk Trial when purchasing your full layout.)

When you return a No-Risk Trial Armless or Wide Armless Unit in its original packaging, you’ll receive a full refund - including shipping both ways.All Other Returns (Including This Sectional)
Returns must be initiated within 30 days and sent back in original packaging. You’ll receive a refund of the item price, minus a flat 15% return fee to cover original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.Fabric-, foam-, and pillow-only orders are non-returnable.
