      We want to make returns as easy as possible. But let’s be honest - boxing up a full sectional isn’t exactly fun. That’s why the No-Risk Trial is offered as a single Armless or Wide Armless Unit, allowing you to experience the style, comfort, and fabric in your own space before committing.

      The Deep Seat Wide No-Risk Trial unit ships in two boxes. If it’s not the right fit, returning that unit is simple. If you love it (and we think you will), you can order the remaining pieces to complete your sectional. (There’s an option to indicate that you have a No-Risk Trial when purchasing your full layout.)

      When you return a No-Risk Trial Armless or Wide Armless Unit in its original packaging, you’ll receive a full refund - including shipping both ways.

      All Other Returns (Including This Sectional)
      Returns must be initiated within 30 days and sent back in original packaging. You’ll receive a refund of the item price, minus a flat 15% return fee to cover original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

      Designed to last! Every frame that leaves our factory comes with a 10-year warranty. We send a replacement part if any piece breaks or becomes damaged. No cost. No questions. Nothing to ship back. It’s that simple.

      The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesn’t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees.       Everything I Hoped For

      I researched for a while before purchasing and I’m so glad I did. I love my new sectional and my pets love it too! The fabric is beautiful and feels very luxurious, especially on the softer back cushions. I was also impressed with the packaging and instructions; everything was in perfect order and made it easier. They must have some great processes and quality control! If I had to make any complaints, I would say that I wish the seat cushions were just a little bit softer; they are firm. Also, the fabric is nice and I am curious how it will look after washing in the machine, but the first time my dog jumped up on it, it left scratches that do not come out even when I rub my hand over them to try and refresh the fabric. You can’t really see them unless you’re looking for them, but my pets claws are definitely leaving marks behind. However, overall I LOVE my new sofa and I’m even happier now that I see my pets loving it.       Love this couch!

      This sectional was super easy to build. I initially bought what I thought was enough pieces for my space but once I put it together, I realized I needed one more piece. It was easy for me to contact support and they helped me add another piece to the couch so that it matched my exact style and color. It is super cool that you can do that to totally customize the shape and length. So far it’s holding up great to dogs, who LOVE it as well. I attached some pictures from before I added another pieces to make it larger. I also love the values and the way this company treats their employees. It’s very important for me to support companies that take care of their people. Thanks, Home Reserve!

      Wide Deep Seat Tux sectional

      We received the majority of our sectional pieces on Valentines Day 2025. Recently we added the last piece to complete the sectional. We have 2 wide armless seats, 1 wide right, 1 wide left, 1 corner seat and 2 corner ottomans. We love with it! Naps, Movie nights, Wrestling matches (we have 4 children - 3 nearly grown boys and 1 toddler girl) and it has held up great so far! We have every seat storage full. We use the corner ottomans for games and extra blankets for more easy access. Its only been 2.5 months but we love it so far!

      Loved getting a modular for the price. Everything went together pretty easily and there were no missing pieces. Fabric seems pretty dog-proof. Seats are firm but not uncomfortably so.
