    • Return Policy

Returns made easy. We recommend starting with our No-Risk Trial single Armless Unit - it ships in one box so you can try the style, comfort, and fabric at home. Love it? Order the rest. Don't? Return the No-Risk Trial unit for a full refund, including shipping both ways.

For all other full layout returns, initiate within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (we can arrange carrier pickup and quote costs upfront). Some orders are not eligible for return - see our full policy for details.

    • 10 Year Warranty

Designed to last! Every frame that leaves our factory comes with a 10-year warranty against defects and normal wear and tear. If any piece breaks or becomes damaged under regular use, we'll send a replacement part - no cost to you* and nothing to ship back. It's that simple.

The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesnā€™t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees. The production process uses the entire tree, and this materialā€™s shear strength can be up to 2-times greater than plywood. Serving your household over time is how it proves to be a beautiful thing.

      See full warranty details here.

    Made to Order

We're on a mission to reimagine the furniture industry. Why? Because it overproduces and undervalues renewability, leading to wasted resources and furniture that doesnā€™t last or adapt.

That's why every Home Reserve piece is made to order and designed to be renewed. If you donā€™t need it, we donā€™t make it. If you do, we ensure itā€™s built to fit your life and serve you for years to come.

    Made to Last

The world needs furniture designed to be renewed, not replacedā€”and thatā€™s exactly what Home Reserve delivers. With durable, replaceable parts and washable fabrics, our furniture is built to adapt and last, giving you one less thing to throw away and one more thing to rely on.

    Made in the USA

Home Reserve furniture is made in the USA, supporting local communities in Fort Wayne, IN, and Ogden, UT. As a family-owned factory, we provide hourly wages instead of per-piece pay, prioritizing quality and safety over quantity. We offer living wages and cover 100% of health insurance for our employees. With a four-day workweek, we promote work-life balance, ensuring you receive durable, thoughtfully designed furniture for your home.

Our furniture features CertiPUR foam, back cushions made from 100% recycled BPA-free water bottles, and sustainably harvested wood. We also use recycled bamboo bags for packaging. With every purchase, we plant a tree, and our carbon-neutral and water-neutral practices minimize our footprint. Choosing Home Reserve means making a sustainable choice for your home and the planet.

      Beautiful

I bought covers & ottoman for my cute couch! Went from a gross maroon to silver, this material is worth every penny, you cannot find this anywhere else! They might claim theirs is cat proof, stain proof, but it ain't Home Reserve! The gals that put up with literally months of me trying to get the color, I THOUGHT I wanted, but Mackenzie showed me best options, they were patient, extremely professional, cant say enough! Home Reserve is the best sectional for lil living, Im in less than 700 sq ft & this couch gives me the look of a bigger livingroom, & the storage is fantastic! I glued "moving men" feet onto the feet of my ottoman, now we slide it anywhere someone needs a leg up...If you haven't checked this company out, your missing out!
