      We want to make returns as easy as possible. But let's be honestā€”boxing up a full sectional isn't exactly fun. That's why we recommend starting with our No-Risk Trial single Armless Unit (or single Wide Armless Unit).

      It ships in just one box and lets you experience the style, comfort, and fabric of one seat in your own space before committing. If it's not the right fit, returning it is simple. If you love it (and we think you will), you can order the remaining pieces to complete your sectional.

      When you return a No-Risk Trial Armless or Wide Armless Unit, you'll receive a full refund for that unit - including shipping both ways.

      For any return that isn't a No-Risk Trial, please initiate your return within 30 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our sectionals and every piece being made to order, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, though we're happy to arrange carrier pickup from your doorstep in original packaging. We'll quote the shipping cost and confirm it with you before scheduling pickup - that amount plus the restocking fee will then be deducted from your refund. Our carrier rates are typically more competitive than arranging freight independently, but you're also welcome to use your own carrier if you prefer.

      Please note that fabric-only orders and orders over $4,000 are not eligible for return. For larger setups, we recommend starting with a No-Risk Trial.

      Designed to last! Every frame that leaves our factory comes with a 10-year warranty. We send a replacement part if any piece breaks or becomes damaged. No cost. No questions. Nothing to ship back. Itā€™s that simple.

      The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesnā€™t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees. The production process uses the entire tree, and this materialā€™s shear strength can be up to 2-times greater than plywood.       Love my couch!!

      I love this company. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful you are. I had 4 couches in 17 years, granted we have dogs and had little ones and they are hard of stuff. But, 4 couches is ridiculous. So, are started researching and found this company. The reviews were great and people kept coming back to buy more pieces. So, we've had ours 2 years now and Im in ā¤ļø. Its easy to clean, washable, its stain resistant, the teal is awesome, and I was able to just buy a cushion cover (when one of our dogs got overzealous). It also has a frame warranty. We are building our dream home and we will be coming back to buy more pieces to make it a sectional. Ty for taking care of your customers like a company should.

      Everything I Hoped For

      I researched for a while before purchasing and Iā€™m so glad I did. I love my new sectional and my pets love it too! The fabric is beautiful and feels very luxurious, especially on the softer back cushions. I was also impressed with the packaging and instructions; everything was in perfect order and made it easier. They must have some great processes and quality control! If I had to make any complaints, I would say that I wish the seat cushions were just a little bit softer; they are firm. Also, the fabric is nice and I am curious how it will look after washing in the machine, but the first time my dog jumped up on it, it left scratches that do not come out even when I rub my hand over them to try and refresh the fabric. You canā€™t really see them unless youā€™re looking for them, but my pets claws are definitely leaving marks behind. However, overall I LOVE my new sofa and Iā€™m even happier now that I see my pets loving it. Makes lounging even better šŸ˜ so happy with my purchase and knowing this couch will probably last me a lifetime and adapt to my needs over time. Thank you, Home Reserve!

      Love this couch!

      This sectional was super easy to build. I initially bought what I thought was enough pieces for my space but once I put it together, I realized I needed one more piece. It was easy for me to contact support and they helped me add another piece to the couch so that it matched my exact style and color. It is super cool that you can do that to totally customize the shape and length. So far itā€™s holding up great to dogs, who LOVE it as well. I attached some pictures from before I added another pieces to make it larger. I also love the values and the way this company treats their employees. Itā€™s very important for me to support companies that take care of their people. Thanks, Home Reserve!

      Wide Deep Seat Tux sectional

      We received the majority of our sectional pieces on Valentines Day 2025. Recently we added the last piece to complete the sectional. We have 2 wide armless seats, 1 wide right, 1 wide left, 1 corner seat and 2 corner ottomans. We love with it! Naps, Movie nights, Wrestling matches (we have 4 children - 3 nearly grown boys and 1 toddler girl) and it has held up great so far! We have every seat storage full. We use the corner ottomans for games and extra blankets for more easy access. Its only been 2.5 months but we love it so far!
