    It ships in just one box and lets you experience the style, comfort, and fabric in your own space before committing. If it’s not the right fit, returning it is simple. If you love it (and we think you will), you can order the remaining pieces to complete your sectional.

    When you return a No-Risk Trial Armless or Wide Armless Unit, you’ll receive a full refund—including shipping both ways. We refund every penny.

    For any return that isn’t part of a No-Risk Trial, try to send it back within 30 days in the original packaging. You’ll receive a refund of the item price, minus a flat 10% return fee to cover the original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

The production process uses the entire tree, and this material’s shear strength can be up to 2-times greater than plywood. Serving your household over time is how it proves to be a beautiful thing.
