      It ships in just one box and lets you experience the style, comfort, and fabric in your own space before committing. If it’s not the right fit, returning it is simple. If you love it (and we think you will), you can order the remaining pieces to complete your sectional.

      When you return a No-Risk Trial Armless or Wide Armless Unit, you’ll receive a full refund—including shipping both ways. We refund every penny.

      For any return that isn't a No-Risk Trial, please send the item back within 30 days in its original packaging. Upon receipt, you'll receive a refund of the item price minus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are separate from the restocking fee.       The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesn’t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees.       we love our new couches

      We put together our 2 couches and found that the process was very easy and looked great after construction. Very comfortable and easy to clean after the dogs come in with dirty feet.

      I like the comfort, the storage, warranty, made in the US and made with recycled products. Disappointed with the strong smell from the wood frame. For the price spent customer shouldn't have to deal with spending extra time getting rid of the smell regardless of the numerous options to do so.

      The fabric was soft. It was hard to put together. I’m 4’11” and I could not comfortably lay on it. I am also small framed and I couldn’t cuddle with my kitten while on the couch. This couch is perfect if you just want a place to sit that has extra storage. Other than that I would not recommend. I did end up returning it. The responses were quick. They initially only provided return shipping labels for three boxes even though I received four boxes. I had to contact them to receive a fourth shipping label and they said that it was going to incur an extra fee since they said I was initially shipped three boxes(not true). I shall see if they send an update on that.

      It has a presence.

      Buying a standard couch may sound rather plain and ordinary but it is anything but. It blends with any style you may already have, or you can build a new style around it. It doesn't describe how big and solid the sofa is, nor does it give credit to the quality of the fabric and the timelessness of the design. Up until this couch, I never had money to invest in a quality piece. I searched for months and compared to probably at least a dozen other companies. It was all decided when I was able to actual put together and sit on a trial piece of furniture. The difference and quality of the foam alone could sell it. Great support for your back also. While I am just shy of being ancient, I was tired of furniture where it felt like I was sitting on the floor. I am also past the point of wanting to always be "lounging" into too soft cushions that require me to scramble to get up. That said, I don't hesitate to stretch out on this couch as each cushion supplies great support. With three dogs I also didn't want to have to baby this couch and worry about keeping it looking good. Being able to pick a favorite color of fabric was a pleasure since there was no worry about dog hair or muddy feet (dogs, not mine). I, myself, am a bit of a Calamity Jane and am confident I will be spilling a drink or dropping a pastry. Best of all, I feel good about the purchase and there is no doubt that I made the best choice.

      I was was nervous at first, seeing boxes of couch parts, but the instructions were great and assembly was fun and easy!! I love how the couch looks and feels! It’s the perfect size! The covers are very well made, durable, and look great too!
