      Returns made easy. We recommend starting with our No-Risk Trial single Armless Unit - it ships in one box so you can try the style, comfort, and fabric at home. Love it? Order the rest. Don't? Return the No-Risk Trial unit for a full refund, including shipping both ways.

      For all other full layout returns, initiate within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility (we can arrange carrier pickup and quote costs upfront). Some orders are not eligible for return - see our full policy for details.

      Designed to last! Every frame that leaves our factory comes with a 10-year warranty against defects and normal wear and tear. If any piece breaks or becomes damaged under regular use, we'll send a replacement part - no cost to you* and nothing to ship back. It's that simple.

      The frame material is not as smooth as plywood. But what this board gives up in looks, it makes up in strength and ecological advantage. It doesnā€™t come from old-growth forests but sustainably farmed young, quick-growing trees.       Love this furniture!

      The ottoman was simple to assemble, the covers fit perfectly and thereā€™s a decent amount of storage inside to boot! Itā€™s lightweight and the cushion top is very comfortable. Weā€™re very happy with the pieces weā€™ve purchased so far and look forward to possibly expanding our current sectional set-up in the future.

      Worth it or not?

      So I have owned Home Reserve products for close to 10 years and have added to the base product over that time. I recently moved my corner ottoman into my living room and added on 3 armless units and 2 modular ottomanā€™s. I have The standard Laney unit in retriever black. I have replaced a few covers over the years as Zippers have given out and replaced cushions let me tell you I can totally tell the difference between my new and original ones. I have never had any issues with requesting new parts. My units have survived 8 kids, 6 cats and 3 dogs and still look amazing! I love I can wash the covers! The black fabrics looks seamless with each addition!

      Excellent product and customer service

      All my pieces arrived on time and were exactly what I ordered! It was very easy to assemble too. One of the pieces on the ottoman wasnā€™t quite the right length but I was able to get in touch with customer service easily and they sent my replacement piece right away. Overall, the customer service team (Abby in particular) has been so easy to communicate with!

      Plus, I love the couch and how it turned out. Iā€™m very happy with my purchase!
