Just get it. We love this couch so much. We have two kids so the storage being in EVERY seat is the best thing ever. The stain resistant fabric option, really is stain resistant. My toddlers have spilled so much and never has anything stained. I still have to clean it up, but never a stain. We’ve bad this couch for about two years now. It has a ten year structural warranty, and let me tell you it really does cover everything that isn’t fabric. The fabric is honestly very qood quality. Never a tear or fray thus far. They will get you your replacement part so fast. I really appreciate that with two small kids that are a little rambunctious. Now lets talk about the customer service. I have never, not once, in my entire life come into contact with a company’s customer service that was this absolutely amazing. They respond very quickly, they are so friendly, they just want to help you, there is no bouncing around, and being on hold for an hour. I honestly just want to be their friend at this point because they are so amazing. This company is worth it. We had been through 4 couches in 6 years. With home reserve, we know we got an amazing quality product, from an amazing company, and we will be customers for life. 10/10 recommend.

Let me begin by saying we love our new Home Reserve sectional. After months of researching and looking for a modular sectional for our newly renovated basement, I found Home Reserve. Prior to finding this gem of a company I was looking at high priced sectionals that did not offer all we needed and didn’t have good reviews when it came to quality. Everything about the Home Reserve couch was what we were looking for and the reviews and blogs on it were all good. My husband I were a little weary of building it ourselves but we watched some videos online and decided to go for it. Immediately after I placed my order, customer service reached out asking if we would like them to expedite a trial piece to build and I accepted. It was received in a couple of days and I put it together, by myself in about an hour and half. Once, I had done that I was completely sold and told them to go ahead with my order. We received the rest of the couch earlier than expected, which was nice and my husband I put together the remaining 7 pieces in about 4 hours total. We did run into a point where one of the pieces was missing some screws and floor gliders, but customer service was right on it! I emailed them and my parts were received the very next day. I can’t say enough about how exceptionally good customer service was in all ways.
The couch is comfortable, sturdy and looks great in my space. The storage in every piece is a huge plus too! We are so happy we found Home Reserve. I will definitely shop with them again and have already highly recommended them to friends and family. Thank you, Home Reserve… it’s refreshing to have a quality company like yours around these days!

We used to live in Vermont. We ALWAYS had 4 dogs. As far as we can tell, we purchased a lot of Home Reserve products at least 10 years ago. If we had a problem, they took care of it immediately. The customer service at Home Reserve is the kind of service that goes far beyond what you would expect from a customer service department. The reason is that in today's world you don't expect a hell of a lot from a company when you purchase a product, other than it works. These folks give you the customer service you deserve. Why? Simply because you took them on their word to back up what they sell. when you buy their products. I might add - in a friendly, efficient and family way.

Back to the facts. ..About 10 years ago we purchase a butt load of furniture. Recommendation buy a powered screwdriver. I'm begging you. Your wrists will thank you. We purchased love seats, chairs, and ottomans. All with pet-resistant type coverings. In a light blue, and a chair in mint, because I wanted it. All of our furniture performed as we were promised. The spills, the mud (Northern Vermont Mud Season is legendary. We used to watch cars go up the all dirt hill where we live almost to the axles. Some just stop. Our dogs brought it all into the house, no matter how we tried to get them to wipe their feet, they refused. Exactly as advertised. Follow the directions and pop them in the washer. Hint. You will get a white sheet (cloth?) with your furniture to make it easier to put the coverings on. Keep it. It will help immensely after washing them.

So - if you are still reading thank you. A couple of years ago we wanted a full-size sofa. We had to give up a chair or two, I gave them to my daughter with the understanding that if they were ever to get rid of them, they come back to me. The sofa was the same. Wonderful. We decided to retire to Montana. We sold the house to a young couple starting out. We told them anything in the house they wanted they could have and we would get rid of the rest. This young couple (with a child on the way), wanted all of the Home Reserve furniture. The cushions are just like new. There has never been a breakdown of the cushion material. How's that for a recommendation!

One last thing We brought no furniture with us to Montana. My daughter out here bought us a beautiful leather sofa recliner. I started having hip problems. We ordered an 8-piece sectional and gave the leather couch to my daughter and her family. My wife told me to buy a recliner. She told me she wanted me to buy a Lazy Boy recliner with no budget limit. I searched. I really did. This morning I write this and then I'm going to complete a purchase of a wide chair and an ottoman for myself through Home Reserve. My wife wanted me to have the best chair to last through my retirement. So that's what I'm doing. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best money can buy if you are looking for years of comfort.

I am not a review writer at all BUT I definitely felt compelled to write this review. I recently moved into a 500sq foot studio condo; I know insane right. Finding furniture that would fit into such a small space without overwhelming it was a challenge until I came across Home Reserve. The possibilities were endless. So I placed my order; I received it much quicker than I expected. I will be the first to admit that I was overwhelmed when I began unpacking the boxes; because you know putting stuff together is really never fun and rarely goes according to plan. This wasn’t the case with this furniture; I did have a few bumps in the journey with a couple of pieces not fitting together so easily but it was resolved quickly. It is honestly by far the most fool proof furniture I have ever put together; it is like a giant jigsaw puzzle fitted together with screws. I wish everything was as easy to put together as this furniture was/is. The fabric was difficult to get on at first; duck tape works wonders is you cover the corners;makes the fabric slide on much more easily. The furniture is incredibly sturdy and the fabric is beautiful. As if things couldn’t get better their customer service was top notch! I reached out to them with some questions and Courtney was absolutely amazing; so nice and funny. I highly recommend this furniture!

We purchased a Tux sectional two years ago and are still loving it. We've rearranged the pieces three times now to change up the room, and we've loved having that option! We're now looking to purchase a second for our cottage in Montana which has tiny spaces that Home Reserve's customizable configurations and in-couch storage will be perfect for. Can you tell me which of your models you'd say is the most plush?

That is a great question. The styles with the Fiber-filled back cushions are considered the softer choice in back cushions. These styles would be Tux, Laney, Ali, Jovie, and Griffin. The style with the softest Arms would probably be Griffin, as it has large foam-filled classic-looking arms.

Love the look and quality of the couch units. Being made in the USA is a plus for me. Customer service is off the charts great. The design is so well thought out and versatile. I always hate to have to assemble things but this was not bad at all. The instructions and labeling of the parts were pretty straightforward. My only criticism is the seat depths are a bit smaller than normal. Not a problem for us but may be a problem for some. Thanks for the great product and service!

Absolute life saver to have a washable couch if you have pets. Truthfully it's not a comfy cozy couch, but we are glad to exchange that for a couch I can wash regularly. With two bulldogs it's a must have, and we are hoping to get more home reserve furniture in the future.

I ordered one armless unit to try. It is proving very difficult to assemble. The plastic connectors keep popping out, and holding the pieces in alignment is quite a task. The screws are very stiff, and I my wrists are giving out without managing to get them fully set. I am single, so need to put together by myself. I would suggest using locking cams instead of the screws and plastic bits. I am not sure if I will be able to finish getting it put together.

I am needing to replace the covers on my couch to a washable fabric since we now have a toddler, but the fabric I'm interested in is out of stock. :( Any idea when the Maltese Platinum will be back in stock?

Hi Dana! Maltese Platinum fabric is back in stock. You can order replacement covers online if you are ordering entire fabric covers. If you only need replacements for damaged pieces (such as a seat cushion cover or arm cover), those can be ordered by contacting customer service.

Hello! I am interested in building a long sectional, but because of the price, wanted to order a smaller version that we would ultimately add a second half to in another 6 months. Is this risky in terms of fabric changes/availability?

Hi Laurie! We have a lot of customers purchase pieces gradually over time to build their layout to stay within their budget. We can't guarantee there wouldn't be small differences in dye lots, so there could be slight differences in appearance beyond that of new fabric next to fabric that has a little wear. We do discontinue fabrics on occasion (though we try to limit how often this happens and the fabrics that we have now have been part of our production line for multiple years).
