I am needing to replace the covers on my couch to a washable fabric since we now have a toddler, but the fabric I'm interested in is out of stock. :( Any idea when the Maltese Platinum will be back in stock?

Hi Dana! Maltese Platinum fabric is back in stock. You can order replacement covers online if you are ordering entire fabric covers. If you only need replacements for damaged pieces (such as a seat cushion cover or arm cover), those can be ordered by contacting customer service.

Hello! I am interested in building a long sectional, but because of the price, wanted to order a smaller version that we would ultimately add a second half to in another 6 months. Is this risky in terms of fabric changes/availability?

Hi Laurie! We have a lot of customers purchase pieces gradually over time to build their layout to stay within their budget. We can't guarantee there wouldn't be small differences in dye lots, so there could be slight differences in appearance beyond that of new fabric next to fabric that has a little wear. We do discontinue fabrics on occasion (though we try to limit how often this happens and the fabrics that we have now have been part of our production line for multiple years). We bought our couch over 5 years ago. We were looking for a couch that could withstand the beating our pets give to our furniture. Five years later, after dealing with our 3 dogs and 3 cats, the couch is holding up like a champ! The pets have jumped on, over, and taken over the couch. Our boxer looks at us with the sad puppy eyes if we sit in her "place" on the couch. The only negative is that we are now replacing the cushions that have flattened. Overall, this couch is definitely one of the best purchases we've made!! We highly recommend Home Reserve!

It is difficult to answer that question, since everyone has their own feelings about what is soft or firm. I would classify our furniture has having a fairly firm cushion. You could always purchase a single armless as a risk free trial to see if it is comfortable to you. If it is not, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. If you decide the couch is not for you after the 30 day trial, how do you return it? And is return shipping paid for?

If you are not happy with it, you would take it apart and pack it back in the original box (our customer service team can provide more information about repacking the box). I so regret not being able to include pictures - life just got in the way. We restored an older motorhome and the crown jewel was an 11 foot leather sofa from Home Reserve. We were hesitant but decided to take a chance and the result was classy, perfect and sooo comfortable. The price was unbelievable for the quality, the terrific customer service and the end product quality-- any other option would have been double or triple the price. As I said life got in the way and the picture taking never got done and the motorhome was sold after husbands death but I would highly recommend for any application.

I just wanted to thank you all for putting out such a wonderful product. My Griffin 3 seat couch arrived one week before Christmas so we decided to wait until after the holidays to put it together. I love it!! It is so comfortable and so easy to put together. I am 55 years old woman who is not very physically fit, yet I was able to construct the sofa with no problems. Your instructions and pictures were clear and very easy to follow. It took me about six hours to put the sofa completely together with just a Phillips screwdriver and a hammer (no power tools). I already have ideas about what other products I might want for other rooms. For those thinking of buying - do it! With a little of effort you will see that Home Reserve furniture is worth it.

I searched forever to find a couch where we could remove the fabric to wash having a toddler and two large dogs, one that we could shape to fit our style and living room, and one that would ship faster than 6 months! I am so excited to have found Home Reserve! We received a test chair and loved it and ended up ordering our entire sectional. You do have to put each piece together but the instructions and video were so easy to follow it did not take too long to put together an entire sectional. The couch is comfortable and the stain resistant fabric has already proven to be the best! I am so excited about this couch!

The best part about the experience has been the customer service by far! I would order this couch a 100 times just because of the customer service. They have communicated every step of the process, gave us tips, and made sure that our order was the correct one for our space. I worked with the team on how to configure my couch with my space so I could get a diagram of the dimensions before ordering. We had an incident with our dog chewing the zipper of one of our cushions and the team was quick to respond to my request to order one piece and it is arriving in less than a week. Seriously the best customer service I have experienced!

We bought a new home, and needed new furniture that could be versatile and would hold up to animals and small children. We ordered a sample piece in October 2021, loved it, and ordered several more in November 2021, to make up a sectional sofa with ottoman in the blackberry, which was absolutely gorgeous. We are smaller people, so the size of the pieces was perfect. We find the cushions comfortable, they stay in place well, and are holding up to 2 cats and a puppy beautifully. The stain resistant / pet resistant fabric is WELL worth the price. We had contact with customer service through our second order, and they knocked it out of the park, every time. We were told there could be a bit of a delay in receiving our pieces, because of high demand. The pieces arrived early, which was a really pleasant surprise, with holiday time coming up.

I have been considering ordering more pieces, to add to my flexibility and seating options because we really are happy with the solid furniture and fit. However, I have one concern, and it is becoming a bigger one. Our furniture sits by a big south facing window. The fabric is fading quickly, unevenly, and significantly. Now most of the pieces are now more of a fuschia, rather than a dark purple / blackberry. I can't turn cushions over for uniform wear, without having it look like a patchwork piece, and I do not want to order more pieces now, because they will NOT match, at all. I owned my last set of furniture for over 20 years, with no fading. This is a disappointment. Not sure if that is normal or not, maybe my warranty would cover this? I really wanted a purple couch. I did not really want a fuschia one. Thanks for what you do, if not for the color fade, I would say AWESOME all day long.

We loved the idea of having options for how to set up a sectional and being able to wash everything with kids and pets. We ordered the trial piece and had it for about 2 weeks. It turned out that it wasn’t a good fit for us, it was too short and narrow. I contacted home reserve via email and they returned it no question. Just put it in the box and ups picked it up at the house. I’m sad it wasn’t the one for us but so happy with the company overall. Definitely recommend trying if your on the fence because it really is no risk.
