Do you ever worry about how colors seem to change when
going from the swatch sample to actual furniture in the
living room? We’ve got the remedy
for that anxiety! We have a fabric exchange
program. Here’s how it works:
 The
fabrics on Home Reserve furniture are removable. You can
take them off for cleaning or for replacing with new cover
sets. If you don’t like the fabric you originally
selected, you can send the cover set back to us and choose
another. It's like having insurance against making
a color mistake . The process doesn't cost you
anything except the postage.
You're free to experiment for 30 days until you feel
comfortable. Just keep the covers new, unused and clean
until you decide about an exchange.

inside all the couches, sofas, sectionals, loveseats, chairs,
ottomans and tables. That means everything has secret compartments
to expand your storage space.

How it works
To access the storage area, pick up the seat cushion (you can take the cushion off if you'd like) then lift up the storage space lid.

| Testing Process
The Purdue University furniture testing protocol is contained in the United States General Services Administration specification FNAE-80-214. (264 KB PDF)

1. Seat Load Foundation Test
A 200 pound weight is dropped onto the seat for 125,000 cycles. (Equivalent to over 20 years of use). Home Reserve status: Passed Successfully.
2. Back Test
100 Pounds of force is applied to the back for 250,000 cycles. (Equivalent to over 20 years of use.) Home Reserve status: Passed Successfully.
3. Arm Test
A 75 pound weight is thrust against the arm for 125,000 cycles. (Equivalent to over 20 years of use). Home Reserve status: Passed Successfully.
