I don't remember if I ever wrote to thank you. I am a typically skeptical person but in this instance I have to agree with all those great customer comments you get.
I live in a New York City walk up with a narrow staircase. A full sized couch is a nightmare to deal with. The boxes, though a little heavier than I expected made it a thousand times easier!!
Everyone is floored that i built my own couch. When they see it they expect it to be something like a wooden framed futon. They are always shocked to find that it is a "real couch".

P.S. The UPS guy said it was the first time he had ever delivered a sofa in three boxes.

I just wanted to let you know that I received my couch today and it only took three business days from the time that I ordered it. I put it together by myself in under two hours. I love it. I had a futon before this and it took 3 of us 3 days to put it together. I love it. It looks great too. Thanks

Just wanted to thank you for an excellent product. We recently purchased and built your sofa for our daughter and it is absolutely the best invention ever! Took a while to actually put it together, but the instructions were great and the relative ease of making those three boxes look like a very expensive one piece sofa which had been delivered, were well worth the time and effort.
