Kid Tested

We've done the kid test, of course, but we've also had our products officially tested. These tests were developed by Purdue University for the U.S. government. The trials, done in a laboratory, required us to put the frames through the equivalent of 20 years' use in three days. Home Reserve came out a winner! 5-year Frame Warranty

Our furniture has been officially tested and proven tough. The sofa will hold more than 2000 pounds! We want you to have peace of mind concerning the strength and quality of all our products. If anything breaks during this warranty period, we'll send out replacement parts. You don't have to send anything back to the factory.

Home Reserve furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for five years from the date of purchase against defects in the material or workmanship as to the furniture components. (Defects means imperfections which impair the utility of the product.)

If the furniture component is defective within the terms of the warranty, Home Reserve will furnish a replacement furniture component at no cost. No assembly labor is included.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but can't, of course, apply to defects that result from intentional damage, negligence, unreasonable use or exposure.

All implied warranties arising under state law are limited in duration to the ten-year period of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law.
