I just finished putting my sectional together, very happy with it! ;1 I am NOT a handywoman, this was extremely easy to assemble, all parts are clearly marked I only used a philips screwdriver and hammer. I received my order 8 days after ordering, I was able to move each box by myself. Very comfortable cushions, very nice fabric.. I choose to go with the pet care as I have a 55lb pitbull that believes she is a lap dog! I had been looking for a couch for a small back bedroom that I use as a TV room, nothing would make the turn into the room, each one of these pieces easily fit. I love it, I would recommend anyone purchasing any of the items offered. Thank you!!

We purchased a vail couch in the Altima Pet Care fabric. Puppy accidents have tested it. I am so pleased I purchased this fabric. It went through the washer and still looks awesome. Another perk the dog hair brushes off rather easily. My active 11 year old and his friends are rough of the couch and amazingly, it still looks geat. I\’m thinking of ordering a chair and ottoman to match.:-)

We recently ordered a black leather sectional. We emailed and asked if we could get it shipped to us asap, so we’d have it for Thanksgiving. The company was very accomodating and kind. We got the boxes (11 in all – yikes!) and assembled the sectional in about 5 hours. The section has 2 corners, 6 armless, 2 sides and an ottoman. The kids loved being part of the assembly - we took lots of pictures and made it a fun family project. We have absolutely loved this sectional. We are very impressed and will buy more furniture from HR in the future.

I wanted to let you know how very happy we are with the purchase of the Laney love seat and the Black Kirby fabric. I am remodeling both of my daughter’s homes (interior and only one at a time), and had been searching for the perfect love seat for my daughter’s office. She wanted ‘fun, feminine, colorful’ in her office. I was extremely distressed over not finding what I wanted – just one of those ‘when I see it, I will know it’ moments. During a web search, your site came up and lo and behold WHAM! There it was – a beautiful, soft designed sofa with the perfect measurements, and fabric galore to choose from. I chose the Kirby Black and the love seat is absolutely stunning! My daughter is thrilled with the choice and could not believe it when I told her ‘dad and I put it together in about an hour and a half’.
We did review your videos prior to purchase – he is rather handy to say the least and was absolutely amazed at the precision cuts, the ease, the clear, concise directions.

My Tuxedo sofa came last week and I finally had the chance to put it together last night. Amazing that all those small pieces of wood fit together like a giant jigsaw puzzle to form a couch! The seat cushions are extremely firm and the back cushions squishy and comfortable. I chose the pet-friendly material and it is wonderful– just like suede. These cushion covers fit like a glove. I will definitely be ordering another set of covers in the future when I want to change the look of my living room. Thanks so much!:-D

Really like my loveseat, at first it was a bit overwhelming , but finally got it all together and was proud of my finished product. I like it so much until I will order the matching chair. We bought this tux style couch two years ago and we love it! We love that the fabric is washable. I wash it at least once a month and spot clean it. Having a toddler around, it’s dealt with pizza sauce, ketchup, markers, pens, paint, chocolate, coffee and koolaid spills and everything in between. I also love that there are storage compartments where we store our movies and folders to keep our kid from getting into it. This photo was taken when we first assembled it and it still looks the same today.

We were so impressed at how well Home Reserve has done its homework for making assembly so easy! We got the couch and loveseat and a bunch of floor pillows (we have 4 kids)and are happy, happy, happy. In fact, I just place an order for the ottoman. The storage feature is super and we are looking forward to not having to worry about stains. Thanks so much for making this so easy.

Well the packages arrived, took everything out starting putting it together. Then noticed that this was too big to be a loveseat. A sofa was shipped instead of the loveseat. Mistakes happen, I called Customer Service and they are shipping out today a loveseat and return labels for shipping the sofa back. What a great company to do business with. I will post again when the loveseat arrives…..:-)
