I lived in an apartment last year when I bought my sofa and loveseat. I had originally bought an $800 sofa from another retailer and was unfortunately faced with the sofa not going down the stair into the apartment. I found homereserve and was exited at the thought of a sofa that came in 3 boxes and with storage. This was absolutely the best sofa I could have purchased, people couldn’t believe how affordable and unique the storage solution was. It’s so comforable that sometimes I slept on the sofa instead of the bed!!! Then I moved to my new house and of course I decided on a different color for the living room so we moved the sofas to the new house, I ordered the durango boot covers and no one believes they are the same sofa..the covers are top quality..I have had them for about a year with a dog cat, kids, etc. and all spots come out..they still look brand new…great product…8-08-08-0

We really like the sofa. The fabric is nice and fits well on the cushions, and the construction is great. My handyman husband put it together in under two hours. The only downside to the sofa is the short seat. We’d really love it if it were deeper; it almost feels like you might slide off when sitting on it sometimes.

Moved a few weeks ago and had to find a sofa that would fit up the very narrow staircase in my new place. Searching the web I found this site and ordered the Monroe sofa. I was a little nervous, but curious that a sofa could actually come in a box…
Finally had time to put it together last night and I’m thrilled! It took my son and I about 2 hrs to do it and it was fun (of course HE wore the gloves). It looks terrific. I can’t wait to order a chair and ottoman. Keep those new styles coming!

We have had our sofa and love seat for a couple of months. I was a little nervous ordering you know that saying ( You get what you pay for) but to our surprise they realy are nice. I love building things and I put them together in about 2 hours before my husband came home. He was shocked that I was able to put them together before he came home. They are so nice when my family came over for Thanksgiving I told them I built them and my brother who sat in them all day could not get over that they came in a couple boxes and that I made them.

Our complaint has been resolved BEYOND our wildest expectations. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE even though we were disappointed with the product. Sandy could NOT have been more accomodating in resolving the issue.
While I did leave a negative feedback regarding the sofa we returned to the company, this morning Sandy in Customer Service MORE THAN MADE THINGS RIGHT. I can’t say enough about the GREAT Customer Service we received. Do not expect this kind of service today and we are so VERY VERY grateful.

We\’ve had our Monroe couch for about a month now, and I\’ve been very impressed, considering that it came in the mail in 2 boxes. The husband had a great time piecing the frame together (it looks kind of like one of those balsa wood models of dinosaurs you get as a kid), and I enjoyed watching the foam cushions expand when I opened the bags they were in.
The couch has been very comfy, and no one would know that it was a semi-DIY kit unless we told them. And the faux-suede fabric is really nice. I\’ve already enjoyed a few naps on it, and we are both happy that we found an affordable, comfortable full-sized couch for our new home.

This company is fantastic! It was a fun project for my daughter and I to put the couch together.
I have a bunch of teenagers that really abused the couch. Two parts were broken.Home Reserve sent out the parts right away. They were a delight to deal with!

We had requested them to expediate our shippment. To our suprise we recieved our sofa 7 days earlier then expected. Everything was above our expectations. The fabric, the design etc.. The furniture is very affordable and complete value for money.The best thing is we get to choose everything.;1
