I got my sofa and the third time I sat on it, the back cracked. Customer service called me immediately and is sending a new piece. I just hope it doesn’t happen again!
Also–one thing no one mentions about the fabric: static! I’m going out and buying static guard asap. I shock myself everytime I slid across the couch!

I was just as skeptical as others when I found this site back in March. Well, we have had our couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman since mid-April and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Everything went together quickly and easily. They are super comfy and have stood up to alot of abuse from our 4 1/2 yr old and 20 month old boys.#-)

We received our couch 3 days ago. Assembly was much easier than we anticipated! This product exceeded my expectations. The fabric is the perfect color and the covers fit exactly. I expected some looseness to the fabric or wrinkling but there is none. This couch is sure to stand up to my boys and I love the idea of being able to get new coverings as my tastes change. Our sofa is the Laney in Cricket Nutmeg. It goes perfectly with my other furniture pieces in the brown spectrum. HomeReserve was an absolute must for our home. We moved in one year ago and found out our overstuffed furniture would not fit through any door to get it into the living room. For the last year we made do with an assortment of chairs. Home Reserve is an absolutely perfect solution for our family. I am once again sitting on the couch with my husband. Thank you! We expect to buy more in the future.

I purchased my Home Reserve sofa in February of this year. After nearly one year of use, this piece has proven itself to be a sound investment. The storage compartments are wonderful, and since my apartment is too small to rearrange, I have also been able to make use of the floorspace BEHIND the compartments as well for hiding my treasures. All of this, and it\’s comfortable enough to fall asleep on – I give it five stars. Now I just need a matching ottoman

This is the not the first time I have signed the guestbook, and I am sure it won\’t be the last. I bought my couch and loveseat from Home Reserve 3 years ago for my apartment during law school.
It was affordable, extremely comfortable and super easy to assemble (which I did by myself, one piece a night). It also looked just as great as most higher end models I\’ve seen in traditional showrooms! The storage space beneath the cushions is just the icing on the cake and is a great organizational addition to the furniture.
I then moved cross country (packing my Home Reserve furniture in the truck was a snap through easy disassembling!), and I then lived abroad for 2 years and the furniture sat in storage. I recently returned, and my mother was saying how she needed new couches.
I was so happy to give her the Home Reserve furniture I had had in storage! It was a snap to put back together, and we changed up the look by adding an Ottoman and switching the fabric.
Just as with my original purchase, Sandy was fantastic at answering my questions, and my mother is really impressed with the quality of the new additions to her household.
When I move into my new place you can be sure I\’ll be ordering Home Reserve again for myself! Thank you Home Reserve for coming up with a great product for a great price!! ;1

I have been looking at this site for at least 6 months, and I am wondering how can I go wrong ordering this? I have read all of the positive and negative feedback, and shown this site to all of my friends. It seems to be affordable, beautiful, and practical. The customer service department seems on top of their game. ;1 I have asked for money to buy a new couch for Christmas, and I will def. bring my money here. I will post another entry (about the experience) along with pictures (of the finished product)as soon as I get this awesome product!

Our Monroe sofa arrived Tuesday, and I assembled it in about an hour and a half. We just moved, and bringing the boxes up to our third floor apartment (with a narrow staircase) was a breeze!
We got the Altima Pet Care fabric in Cobalt. It is beautiful, though right now there are some little pieces of structurewood from assembly that cling to it! I’ll have to vacuum. I was thinking of either painting or staining the pieces of structurewood that cover the storage compartments so they don’t flake off pieces of wood.
Though we’ve only had it for two days, my husband and I both have crashed hard into a deep slumber on this sofa. It is so comfortable. #-)
I really like that the cushions are firm and supportive and that the height is appropriate for sitting (not too low). Also, the arms on the Monroe style are the PERFECT height for supporting your head and neck while snoozing!
This furniture is a really great product for the price and features. Bravo. ;1
