This is my sectional rearranged and I bought a regular ottoman. This just worked out better with the position of my wide screen TV in the apartment. Everyone loves this and many are going to this site after seeing it in person. Now I will say the ottoman\’s are a bit of a trick to get covered. So take your time. However, I would never change a thing. It was fun to put together (get a friend or a partner!)and now beautiful.

I found your website approximately 1 year ago. We purchased a sofa in February. My husband put it together no problem. At first I felt a bit weird about the cutouts in the fibreboard in the back, but nobody ever noticed that so I quit worrying. I have not washed my cover although I need to, as my cat loves the sofa and my daughter (who is 2) had drawn on it with black Bic pen. It has broken in nicely, and I get plenty of compliments on it. Thank you for offering a good product at good prices.8-)

We purchased a tux sectional in Fairview Cocoa for a small basement den/office which was hard to furnish due to the room configuration and the inability to get furniture down the stairs.
I was sold on the movability, the washable fabrics, the renewablility feature and the storage. There were a few minor glitches with shipping and foam but customer service handled everything promptly. Once assembled, we were very pleased with how comfortable it is and how it looks.

I am a happy customer of a sofa and a loveseat. Although this is my first purchase for a couch, the website made me feel comfortable with the whole decision and selection process. However, as a suggestion, I would urge Home Reserve to look at possibilities of offering more options to the customer in mixing and matching of fabrics with pillow covers.
All in all a very satisfying experience!

I recently ordered a new tuxedo-style sofa, and received it in less than a week. The parts were packed well and assembly was no problem, but when I was nearly finished I realized I had gotten some foam for the classic style sofa and some for the tuxedo style. I emailed HomeReserve, and someone called me the same day to discuss a solution. I wound up liking the look of the classic sofa better, and HomeReserve sent me the pieces I needed to complete the sofa as classic instead of tuxedo. I’m definitely pleased with the experience, despite that small hiccup. HomeReserve was friendly, helpful, and responsive!

Ok, I too was skeptical, but decided it was worth a shot. I ordered only the sofa, but I’ll be coming back soon for the chair and ottoman. I put the sofa together by myself while my husband assembled a table we’d bought somewhere else. I had 4 times more parts to put together than he did, and I was finished well before him. The sofa looks great, is very comfy and I love the idea that I can take the covers off and wash them. With a toddler, a cat and a dog in the house, that’s exactly what we needed.
I will also have to say that shipping was fast and the person I spoke with in customer service was super nice. We will be ordering again!

We got our Classic Chair and Ottomon today. We had both put together in short order, despite my husband and I both having two left hands and being all thumbs. The directions are clear, the pictures are clear. I am so impressed. Next order of business for us to order furniture for our living room. We decided to get a chair and ottomon first for our computer room, to check it out before making a larger purchase.
