About 3 months ago my daughter, who is 3 years old took permanent black ink to my scarlet corderoy couch. I washed the cover, and no luck. I was going to give up when my mom took some regular liquid dish soap and a scrubber to it and we washed it again. Guess what?! The marker came out. I could not be happier with the result. Now, she has smooshed banana into the cover. I have complete faith it will come out, I am washing tonight.

Thank you so much!! Let me tell you……I am more than impressed with my sectional. I designed a renovation for our basement so that it could be my boyfriend\’s \’man cave\’ and I purchased the sectional for this room. Everyone who sees our new sectional tell me that it is nicer than their expensive sofas that they have in their livingroom. I give everyone your website and show them the swatches that I got to show them the quality of fabrics. I was so shocked how easy it was to put together and how beautiful they look when they are done. Last night we were watching a movie and fell asleep downstairs. They were so comfy and the material we picked is so soft. My cats love it too : )

I received my new classic couch, chair, ottoman and pillows and my husband and I are really impressed. I just have one suggestion. You should make some kind of sleeve for the lids of the storage bins so they do not splinter the fabric when you lift them up. I sanded mine but while I was sanding I thought that if there was a piece of plastic just along the sides of the lids of the storage bins that would be great. If you decide to use this suggestion please send me the first ones for my furniture. Thanks,

We got are new sofa two days ago, it only took my husband and I one hour to put it together, if that. My husband was very impressed with the quality of the disign and the workmanship that Home Reserve did. I love the color and fabric (I got the olive microfiber, kid gloved). I watch kids in my home, and I think that this sofa will last us a long time.
We will be buying all of are funiture from Home Reserve from now on!

I purchased the Monroe love seat for my tiny Boston, Ma fourth floor walk up. The boxes were small enough for my brother to carry up the stairs.(To be honest I don’t think I could have gotten them up there)He then built my loveseat in 45 minutes!(he is a carpenter though) By the time I had put all the covers on the cushions he was finished with box one. He described it as a puzzle with directions. He also had to sand some of the interlocking puzzle pieces to fit together properly. We both looked at it and thought it looked low. When he was all done and we put the pillows on and it was fine. I love how it feels when you sit on it and my brother agreed. I am glad I made this purchase.

I recently purchased a sofa, loveseat, two chairs and two ottomans from your company. This is one of the best things I have done in a long time. I figured I would be putting together the furniture when it arrived since my husband is not good at putting things together, but to my surprise he was able to put it all together with no problems, and in less time than estimated. I am so proud of him ! The quality of the furniture is outstanding. The fabric I selected is the Altima Pet Care in Latte and it is soft and sturdy and looks great. I truly did not expect such high quality for such a low price. And it is more comfortable than a lot of the expensive sofas I looked at in the stores. I love my new furniture !!! Thanks

I just received the Laney sofa today. I put it together 100% by myself in 3 hours. I absolutely love the finished product. I put in the game room and it looks great! I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking to save money but still have style and comfort. It is a really solid frame and with a 12 year old jumping on it what more coud you ask for? Shipping was unbeleiveable. It only took 10 days and to my surprise I could manage the boxes myself. Thanks for a wonder product.;18-0

I am so impressed with the construction, material, and cut of my new loveseat!! The phone service was super- thank you for being so patient and friendly.
When it arrived, my husband and I flipped a coin to see who would assemble it. I lost, but had a great time putting it together. I finished it while he mowed the lawn! It is sturdy, classic, and a perfect fit! I really liked the price, too!!
