I just ordered a sofa and loveseat in KidGlove Buff. Obviously, its not here yet, but I wanted to say how excited I am at the prospect of their arrival (which I hope is sooner than later!).
About 6 or 7 years ago, we spent about $1700 on an Eddie Bauer edition of a Lane sectional. Last year, we had to chuck the corner piece, which broke. It was getting a bit shabby from I’d say year 2 or 3. The back cushions started to rip from the back of the couch and the fluff wasn’t encased in a dust cover. I tried sewing them twice…but…then we got a dog.#-) Not just ANY dog, but a Great Dane puppy. Well, needless to say, this EXTREMELY expensive piece of furniture now looks like something we dug out of the dump. Last year, between the three kids and new dog, the fluff from that ripped and re-sewed cushion was pulled out of one of the back cushions. Also the seat cushions are wearing so badly you can see the foam!
Suffice it to say, when we decided to spring for a new set, we didn’t want to spend big bucks, since its obvious that things get ruined regardless of how much you spend…and honestly, for the price of our current couch, we didn’t get what we paid for :-/(even with the extra wear and tear of kids and puppy).
Happily, I stumbled on your site after driving an hour both ways, yesterday, to go to a Bobs with a clearance center and being EXTREMELY dissapointed…and then hours of internet searching to find something CHEAP but good. HOURS! Glad I finally found you!
I read NINE pages of comments before I was ready to buy, but even though I am still a TINY bit apprehensive, I am encouraged by the honest commentaries, reported good customer service and ability to exchange things. I am also quite excited about the storage space in the seating! Can’t wait to take advantage of THAT! :-! And I expect to purchase the petcare fabric in the future.
So, anyway, I will eagerly await my UPS guy and post again after assembling and putting the new sofa/loveseat to the test.

I am so happy we found an american based company that fits not only our lifestyle but also the lifestyle of our three dogs; Boe a great dane, lucy our border collie and MJ our corgie! No more worrying about muddy paws or if lucy gets mad and eats a cushion! I cant wait to enjoy our sectional with our whole fuzzy family! We ordered the ALI sectional after drooling over it for over a year! To say I was worried about the quality would have been an understatement…. I watched every video, every picture slideshow, read every review I could find online to make sure I was getting what I paid for! I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Shipping was quick and Sandy was even kind enough to send me an update about when it would be coming when the suspense overwhelmed me! The quality is AWESOME! The Fabric (Mission Federal) is dreamy…..the pieces when put together are more stable than the couch we looked at at a large furniture store and it is sooooooo comfortable! I was even impress with the details! small strips of foam that cover the sharp edges on the back of the couch! This furniture really is worth the money! I could not be more impressed and intend on ordering more asap! The thought of being able to replace a cushion, cover, or interior piece is great! This is just what I have been searching for! My girlfriends and I were able to put it together in an afternoon easily! No blood sweat or tears! I will sing my praises of home reserves to everyone I meet! ;1

Just received my loveseat and two throw pillows this afternoon. Put them together in under an hour! Easy and very clearly explained. The loveseat is comfortable. Even my two little girls, ages 3 and 6, helped put everything together.

Last week I was happy to receive my couch via UPS. It arrived in a tmely manner, was relatively easy to assemble, and looks absolutely beautiful. The best part is that it is so comfortable. I actually miss my couch when I leave for work in the morning!!! Thank you Home Reserve.com!

I am very pleased with my Home Reserve couch. I was very worried when I ordered it if it was going to be comfortable and if it was going to be sturdy being that I couldn\’t test it out first. After having it together I can say it is very comfortable and very sturdy. Living in a mobile home I wanted a sectional but they were all too big. Here I got to completely customize it and it fits perfect! I ordered a tan fabric and when it got here I was like ahhh… too much tan in the living room and for under 20 bucks shipping I sent it back and had my black fabric here in 4 days no charge and am satisfied now. It took me and my boyfriend 2 hours to put the frame together and me and my best friend 2 hours to put the fabric on. With this time let me say we did not rush took our time! Another great thing about it that was the seller point to me is the storage. I can use all the storage space I can get and this is perfect for blankets dvds and books. I will say it is not like me to do this without being able to see it first but I am proud that I did. I love telling everyone how I basically made my own couch on HomeReserve.com. I ordered 3 armless one right arm a corner and a modular ottoman and have the perfect sectional that I wanted. It\’s nice having the piece of mind that at any time I can change the fabric colors or add another piece to it. Wish I would have invented this concept!

After losing two previous couches to cat pee and $500.00 worth of blood work that found nothing wrong with our cat, we bought the Monroe Couch in Altima Pet Care fabric. That was in July. It was not until today that I realized how much I love our couch.
After 10 months with zero problems, my husband woke up this morning to find that the cat had peed on the couch. However, the liquid had run right off the couch and pooled up on our hardwood floors. We\’re washing the cover and disinfecting the cushions as a precaution, but they truly do not smell at all. This is truly a miracle!
We wish we could get him to stop, but until he does we will be loyal to your product.
