It took me several months before I decided to give it a try. We bought a classic chocolate couch and love it! It took my husband just over an hour to put together. Very Easy and came out looking great! The seats were really hard and that made us nervous but now two weeks later they are softening up. I was afraid I would feel the wood under me with no springs, but its not a problem at all. We are waiting for our tax returns so we can get a matching loveseat!

I received my faux suede pet care brooklyn style couch on 5/10, 6 business days after placing my order and love it!!. I was a tad unsure of how the back cushions would feel but they are surprisingly comfortable. It took me about 2hrs to assemble the frame w/ a regular screwdriver. The instructions were very easy!. The fabric does’t really match so i’m going to exchange it and leave a comment about that process, which I hope is painless and simple.:-);58-0

I live with my daughter and her husband who are both active duty military and we will be moving a lot. My daughter tasked me with finding new living room furniture to replace the set they were given and it was driving me crazy. The prices I was finding were so out of reach and most came with more than pieces they wanted or needed. I happened on to your ad and decided to look. AWESOME. I showed my son-in-law and he was enthralled with the storage. He has an extensive DVD library to store somewhere (right now in laundry baskets and suitcases) and this would be the answer. My daughter is overseas right now but I sent her the link and she was tickled. Since we will be moving periodically we can return the furniture to the original cartons and it will save the furniture from the wear and tear of frequent transportation. She also loved the idea that other covers are available that will change the ‘look’ of the room at any given time.
We will be purchasing from you and I think this site will make its way around the Military community quickly due to all the advantages your furniture has over all the other I have seen.

I am SO HAPPY with my Laney Loveseat in Altima Thyme. The color is perfect (based on the sample I ordered, I was afraid it would be too dark but I really wanted the pet-care fabric so I took a chance). I was hoping my husband would put it together while I was out running errands Saturday but I came home to find the boxes unopened ;3
SO, I got out the electric screwdriver and had it put together (all by myself) in just a couple of hours. The instructions could not have been better! I bought it for my pup\’s playroom but it looks so good, I\’d be proud to have it in any room! And it\’s really comfortable. I could not be happier with my purchase and have already told many people about Home Reserve. I\’m even thinking about replacing another couch in the future. Thanks for making a great product (in America) that is of high quality, affordable, and easy to assemble. Ikea has nothing on you guys!

We were somewhat skeptical about purchasing a couch in a box. Home Reserve was the only place that we could actually design a sectional to fit our space and layout in our family room. Assembly was a snap. The designa nd engineering that went into these units is amazing. Great sofa for the price looks far more expensive than what we paid for it. Keep up the good work!
