I opened my boxes and saw a giant 3-dimentional jigsaw puzzle. How cool is that! An hour and a quarter later, I had a love seat. Even better.

Yesterday I was impressed with the fact that you guys were kind enough to include gloves with the couch to protect the hands of whomever would put the couch together. This just makes me even more impressed. Thank you so very much. Oh just so you know, we all helped at one point and time. Our four year old daughter had a little hammer and was so proud to be hitting in the T connectors. LOL She’s sitting on it right now watching tv and loving it. I’m including a picture of the girls on the couch. Please excuse the appearance of our house. We just moved in and I plan on having my husband paint as well. I thought you’d get a kick out of seeing the 2 small happy customers you guys have. ;1

I got the Laney sofa in Mission Black Faux Leather. The couch shipped quickly. It\’s great to have a real couch and not a futon!
The #1 pieces on the arms were either cut backwards or the instructions were wrong, because the rough part faces out. By the time I got the couch together, I was too tired to unscrew & change them to smooth-side out; however I can do this at a later date.
I agree w/ another reviewer that padding on the front base would be nice. I solved this by cutting Emery foam board and placing it under the fabric cover – works great.
The fabric seems to become staticky; but I have a blanket I put over the couch that diffuses the electricity and solves the problem. Probably could use static cling spray, too. That said, I really like the fabric I chose.
It took me a LONG time to put the couch together; but I was able to do it in a space literally only a few inches larger on each side than the actual couch. Also love the extra storage space.

Hi Home Reserve,
Just wanted to let you know we assembled our Monroe Couch yesterday evening. Took us about 2.5 hours. The assembly instructions were excellent. It was a lot easier than we thought. We love the corduroy blue color. Our children were very excited watching us put our new couch together. Even more excited when our work was done, so they could sit on it and watch their movies. We just needed a hammer and a Phillips screwdriver. It was fun. The only thing that was missing was a T connector for Wood Part Number 4. We wish you continued success. We have told our family ad friends. They just can’t believe that a company like Home Reserve actually exists. We are so lucky we found you on the Internet.

I promised I would let people know what I thought about your product after I had it awhile… I LOVE IT! We bought a sofa, love seat, chair and 2 otomans 2 1/2 years ago. They still look and sit great! One of the plastic pieces broke about a year ago and home reserve replaced it pronto! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and the altima holds up great!
I will probably be adding to my collection soon!:-D

I just put together my coffee table. It is so awesome! It is sturdy enough that I think we can use it as a bench in a seating pinch.
This is such an upgrade from the MDF veneer-coated pieces of trash that I bought from a certain Scandanavian home furnishings mega-chain. Cheaper, too!

I ordered the Monroe sofa in Hondo Chocolate and am very impressed with both the quality and ease of assembly. It took me less time than what I had anticipated and the sofa looks fantastic. My only issue was that two of the pieces were mislabeled in the instruction manual and it would be great if the footboard of the sofa had a little bit of padding. As soon as I was finished assembling I ordered the loveseat.

Hey, what can I say. We ordered a Tux chair, and it was easy to put together and everything was exactly as advertised. We’re picking out a second one as we speak, and this will be our go-to when it comes time to replace the sofa, too! For those of you wondering if Home Reserve furniture is nice – it very much is.
