When we moved last year into a new house we needed a new sofa desperately but with two teenage boys we didn’t want to spend a fortune. After a lot of searching on the internet I found Home Reserve and decided to give it a try. I’m happy to say I love the sofa we ordered and just ordered the matching loveseat. It was so easy to assemble that I did it myself in about 1 1/2 hours. I love the fabric and the knowledge that I can change the fabric easily any time I choose.

As the wife of a youth pastor, mother of three, and bargain shopper, I have dreamed of a new couch for a LONG time! I found you guys online and was very interested. My monroe sofa with spa minetta fabric came yesterday. A young man from our youth group and my three children helped to assemble it. I am fascinated with the engineering it took to come up with a design. It was so easy to assemble and the fabric looks beautiful. We find it to be extremely comfortable. Loved the gloves and sanding blocks,and the kids have been playing with the boxes for hours! Great product!

I’ve got to say it: I’m impressed! I just recieved my sofa, and my chair. Now, my husband is currently deployed, and I’m here with my 11 month old.
I managed to get the sofa together in just under two hours, with a baby constantly stealing my screwdriver, crawling into the storage boxes, and playing with the fabric.
I only have a couple of complaints. A piece of the chair wasn’t cut correctly, so I have to wait a couple of days to recieve the replacement.
On one of the cushions, the fabric wasn’t sewn together terribly well, but a few safety pins are holding it together for now, and I’ll be buying some thread soon.
And, last but not least… You don’t carry my fabric anymore! My gorgeous charcoal grey sofa and chair… I just wish I could get the ottoman and loveseat in the same color now.
All in all, a great purchase!

We purchased because we have a narrow stairway leading to a large basement. We bought a sectional with 4 pieces and an ottoman. Took about 3 hours to assemble by myself. Only 1 piece didn’t fit the first time and I easily sanded it down. Loved the inclusion of gloves and sanding blocks. Loved the fact that there was no styrofoam or anything that would create a lot of waste. Had my first spill of coffee the other day on the Liberty Olive and you can’t even notice it. Future ideas…I wish there was a way to easily bolt in the ottoman…I’ll probably buy some kind of vice grip to accomplish this. In summary, it’s not the most comfortable sofa in the house, but it’s at least as comfortable as some I’ve gotten in the past from I.K.E.A. We will likely be ordering 1 or 2 more pieces to extend the existing configuration.

Purchased a sofa and finally put it together this weekend with the help of my daughter. I was impressed with the ease of finding the correct pieces. I’ve never seen pieces numbered so clearly. It only took 45 minutes to put it together and the result was fantastic. I was amazed at the quality. Also I when I first received the sofa and opened the box I found that I didn’t really care for my fabric choice and the exchange process was the best ever. I am recommending Home Reserve to all of my co-workers and friends. My daughter had recently purchased a sofa at a local furniture store and paid $1,000. Since seeing my Home Reserve sofa she is having serious buyers remorse. Your company really rocks!;2

I finally went ahead and bought a new sectional sofa after I watched our 1,000+ dollar sofa getting ruined by our little furry friends. Discovered the pet care it works great for the pets as well as when you have guests whom may be a little clumsy with the liquids. It makes clean up easier than I could have imagined wet or dry! Overall we loved the whole experience ordering was quicker than expected, shipping was super fast and well packaged. Instructions – clear. Screws and included gloves which made the process easier on the hands. Thanks homereserve we will be back again…and soon

We just recieved our new loveseat, couch, 2 chairs and 2 ottomans yesterday. (Classic style). We cannot tell you how pleased we are with these products.
- Like a lot of folks we were a bit worried about making such a large purchase, without seeing (& feeling) the furniture first. I can honestly say that everything exceeded our expectations.
- The assembly was extremely simple and even fun ! It took a lot less time than quoted. My wife couldn’t believe that I had all six pieces assembled by the time she got home from work. Absolutely brilliant engineering !
- Home Reserve’s Customer Service is 2nd to none ! Sandy in particular has got to be one the most helpful people I have ever dealt with.
- So far every friend or family member that has seen and sat on the furniture, has raved about how comfortable and expensive looking it is. In fact, my sister-in-law has already picked out what she wants, and will be placing an order soon. Keep up the excellent work ! ;1:-)
