I shop online all of the time and have never commented on my purchases but this time is an exception. I was so impressed with the entire experience that I felt I needed to share. My order of a 7 piece Monroe sectional and a chair and a half with full ottoman arrived yesterday and today – 10 boxes. I was sure with an order this big that there would be missing parts, but that just wasn\’t the case. Assembling the furniture was so easy and everything fit perfectly. I am so thrilled with the way my family room looks and how comfortable the furniture is. I would recommend Home Reserve without reservation. Now that I know the quality of the furniture, I have placed an order for an additional corner ottoman, designer blocks, and pillows to complete the room. Thank you Home Reserve. ;1

We ordered the Monroe sofa w/3 cushions & the two chairs in the Altima Hickory Pet Care, plus accent pillows in the cow print. We (and our son & dogs) couldn’t be happier. It was easy for my husband to assemble (he was very impressed with the easy to follow instructions). We were very happy to be able to purchase a product with a great price, quality, and that is made in America. Just took this photo on March 14. The chairs are perfect for enjoying the beautiful mountain views at our new house & watching the snow fall… The sofa cover is a bit of a tight fit, so hopefully it won’t shrink when washed. Very happy!

We just put together our new Brooklyn style couch with the Altima Hickory fabric and I must say, YOU GUYS ROCK! This is such a great couch – I’m already in love with it (and so is Ruby, our dog). It was so easy to put together (even for my spatially-challenged boyfriend), and everything we could need was included. We were pleasantly surprised to find gloves inside, so we wouldn’t get splinters putting together the frame. And the directions were well written, simple, and nicely illustrated… and in English (as opposed to most do-it-yourself furniture projects)! I will definitely be recommending Home Reserve to all of my friends.:-D

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the sectional I ordered. I ordered fabric swatches first and was so impressed when they came next day. I purchased the pet care aqua fabric and it is so beautiful. The construction wasn\’t difficult at all the instructions and piece numbers make it easy. It is comfortable and cleans easily with a wet cloth or paper towel. (cat mud prints) I would highly recommend it. And it came in less than 2 weeks from when I ordered it.

I bought a sofa and loveseat in December and decided to wait 2 months before reviewing. Putting it together was fun (I like building stuff) and it took me roughly 12 hours interlaced with watching TV, listening to music and going out with friends and coming back.
They both look very good and all my friends have given compliments. One more thing, Sandy was really helpful as I had problems with my credit card. She gave amazing customer service all through.

Before I even recieved my boxes I was willing to recomend them based on customer service alone ( Sandy:-) ). Even When I made a shipping mistake they corrected it for me at no additional charge! I am pleased to tell you that My sectional came in 6 large boxes and my husband and I had it all put together in under 4 hours;1.
