I’m a single woman, and I tend to move apartments every few years. With moving help being sometimes hard to come by, I was intrigued by the concept of being able to disassemble and move my own couch, etc on my own. I’ve been visiting the HR website for weeks, trying to determine whether I really wanted to take the chance on ordering furniture online. I ordered a dozen or so swatches, and finally took the plunge, ordering 2 ottomans. They arrived within 3 business days, and it took me only 10 minutes each to assemble them– excellent instructions! I love the ottomans, and am planning to add a loveseat and another ottoman for my den, as well as potentially replacing my nearly worn out leather sofa soon. I love that as I change apartments (or just rearrange things), I can use the pieces in different rooms, and just change out the covers if needed to coordinate! This is such an advantage when the size and shape of your living space changes often, or if like me, you like to move your furniture around A LOT. I’m telling all of my friends and family about the site, and how happy I am with my purchases so far. And thank you for adding the new tuxedo style; I really like the reduced width, and the more tailored look. It helped make my final decision to go with the loveseat for my small den.

I recently ordered a sectional from your site after pricing multiple other companies and was quite skeptical because of the extremely low price,more than 2,000 dollars less. However, after i received my order I must say I am very impressed. The quality is exceptional and it was very easy to put together. Also i have to say sandy the customer service rep did an excellent job in assisting me with any issues. It is my only hope that home reserve continues to provide both affordable and high quality products for years to come. Assembled my Laney Sofa by myself! Completely girl doable. I recommend using a power drill. Too hard and blisters to try to do it with a screwdriver.

i was moving from germany back to NY and all of my furniture would have taken over 2 months to get so i figured to buy new stuff. Eveything was so expensive and then i stumbled onto this site and couldn’t believe a couch and love seat would be 800 bucks including shipping so i ordered them! After i ordered it i found out i would get there before my stuff. The lady i spoke with was so nice she said she would see what she could do about that. I don’t know what she did but my couches got there the same day i did! And in 2 hours i was sitting on my couches. they were so easy to put together! My mom was skeptical thinking how good are these couches gonna be really? until she saw them and sat on them! she loves them! Thank you so much!! These couches are awesome!!

Home Reserve is flippin awesome! About 6-7 months ago I bought a two seater blue sofa and needed it by a certain date, earlier than promised on their website. Home reserve was more than friendly and delivered awesome customer service; getting my couch to me just in time for my get together!!! I definently plan to spend 400+ dollars before next semester!

Everything was exactly as advertised!
Ordered our sofa last weekend. It came Friday afternoon. DH and I spent a couple of fun hours assembling it. (we’re both MEs. We did think it was fun.)
It is comfortable, the fabric feels great and the color is perfect. Every thing fit like it was supposed to and the instructions are very, very clear.

Amazing could not wait any longer when I received it. I was skeptical when I found this website then I started reading a lot of the testimonials/feedback and navigating your site I said what the heck let me take a shot at it. I was still skeptical but when I the boxes I started immediately putting it together it was very quick and easy. I actually enjoyed putting it together. Real Wood!!! I usually do not like shopping for furniture actually I really dont like shopping for anything except for electronics but nonetheless I enjoyed. Try to come up with other items.

I absolutly love this company! How great it is to have a sofa that I can replace the fabric etc as it wears out! How green is that!?!?!?!? I ordered the monroe and had it put together by myself in about an hour. I loved it so much I ordered a matching loveseat as soon as I finished putting together the sofa! I\’m military and often furniture just does not fit through small doorways of the housing units. Now I will be able to break the furniture down if I need to!

After purchasing the Laney loveseat a couple of months ago, I came back to order a new slipcover. Arrived yesterday. Took me about an hour to change out the fabrics completely, but that included putting one of the arm pieces on backwards. Oops. Really nice to be able to change the entire look of a couch so quickly. LOVE it!
