I thought I was going out on a limb buying a sofa for such a low price on the internet, but the reality coudn’t be further away. I love the purchase I made from home reserve, and everyone that comes over is surprised how great it looks. I live in Manhattan and had to leave sofas in the past due to tight stair wells and small spaces. I will never have to worry about that again. Another plus is the interchangable fabric, I can easily change the decor of my entire living room at a whim by purchasing new fabric at a low price.

I bought a sectional ( 1 left, 1 right, 3 armless, 1 modular ottoman, 1 stnd ottoman) and homereserve shipped it on time within 7th business day from my order date. It took me (alone) 12 -14 hours to complete assembly. I worked 7 hours every day to finish this task. I was pretty impressed with the packing and its very easy to assemble. Good job by home reserve. Now, after the set up, I didn\’t like the portions where there is wood (of course covered with the cloth). I would like some kind of cushion or foam between the wood and the cloth. Over all 4 out of 5.

I received my Monroe loveseat yesterday. I was super excited about putting it together. I worked with a friend to assemble it, and it took us a little under 2 hours. We had fun doing it, and we were VERY impressed by the quality and comfort of the loveseat. This is a fantastic piece of furniture – for a fantastic price.
Also, I’d like to mention that I had a very, very pleasant experience with the custmer service team when I first placed the order. There was a mix-up with my debit card billing address – all my fault – but i spoke with two customer service reps who went above and beyond to ensure that the matter was resolved.
This is a great company with a wonderful product. I will definitely recommend to others…

I just received my first chair today and I say my first because I will surely be purchasing more pieces soon. 1st: Shipping was incredibly fast I ordered on a Sunday night and my chair arrived on Tuesday!! 2nd: Assembly was very easy it only took about an hour, although some pieces were a tight fit just a few taps with a hammer got them together nicely. And 3rd: It’s just a great piece of furniture, it looks great and it’s very comfortable. This stuff is worth the $$ you pay for it and probably more. Awesome product guys!!

Sorry to be so long getting back to you but just shortly after I received my lovely classic sofa and assembling it, I got really sick and this is first opportunity I have had to let you know how much I love your product. I had a blast with the assembly and it was so easy. My sister bought a sofa from a store just before I received my sofa and she\’s mad at me that I didn\’t buy mine first \’cause she likes mine a whole lot better. I am so glad I didn\’t just give in and buy something from a local store that was just ok and would have been acceptable. This sofa just lights up my little apartment. found homereserve.com in my dire search for a sofa that will fit a narrow door through our newly-finished basement…my, was i ever glad!!! our sectional (laney in black leather) is comfortable and great looking!!! delivery turn around was less than 15 days!!!just be prepared to assemble…but hey, for people with the same space dilemmas, this is a great solution!!!more power to your company!
