I purchased the Monroe Sofa in Honda Spa and matching automan. Both were really easy to assemble for my sister and I, neither of which are carpenters or mechanical geniuses. Within two hours, I have a beautiful set and couldn\’t be happier. We\’ll see how it wears, but so far so good. There was one misprint in the instructions in step one, it advises you to put the t-connectors in pieces 26 and 27, when they actually go in 23 and 24. We figured it out easily but you might want to address the problem. Thank you so much for the perfect solution to my winding staircase to the third floor.

Hi. I’ve had my sectional, ottoman, and extra-wide chair (which I use as a loveseat) for about a month and I absolutely love them. I contacted Casey to ask for some deocrating tips and she responded immediately with great ideas, which I used, and LOVE. Product quality is outstanding, my husband had no problem setting up the items, and I’m a happy camper. Kudos.

WOW! I am so pleased with our new CRICKET BERRY sofa and ottoman!…We picked the furniture up at the business and had it all put together within 90 minutes….. The set looks great in our home… PLUS Sandy was the best customer service gal!! The guys at the facotry in fort Wayne were great as well…. going to check out the other fabric choices….. I might need a change in a few years!! You guys are great! Keep up the good work!

I have had my monore loveseat and sofa for about a year now. For Christmas, my parents bought me an ottoman (which is big enough for both my Shiba Inu dog to lay on and my feet)
Anyway, my Shiba decided that she wanted to chew on the part of the fabric today. Calling Home Reserve’s customer service was one of THE most pleasant experiences that I have had with customer service (and I work in customer service) Please, please, please never outsource your customer service. Your associates are Great! Please let Sandy know just how awesome she is!!!!! ;1 ;2

Got our new couch and have it together. I did asembly and I want to praise you on directions they were great also with something like this you usually have something that doesn\’t fit or work right but not with your products. Everything worked out great and we are happy.

I have had my home reserve sofa, loveseat, and ottoman for just over 6 months now. I absolutely love them. i got the ultima metallica pet care fabric and it is great since i have 3 dogs. I can wipe messes off with a DRY napkin. One of my dogs has ripped the cushions already. The replacement fabric was cheap and arrived quickly. It is great to know that i don\’t have to buy new furniture everytime my dogs rip it. I would recommend thias furniture to anyone and will be buying more in the future when i finish the basement. Thanks home reserve!!!!

My red corduroy avenue love seat arrived yesterday-love the fabric- and my girlfriend and her mother helped me assemble it. Within an hour and a half we completed the assembly. All of us were extremely impressed with the fit and finish as well as the overall aesthetic. It is all the more remarkable that Home Reserve can achieve all of this at such an attractive price point. Highly recommended!;1

Just a note to let you know we now have our sectional all put together (on the laminate floor I got finished on time and we really like it!
The instructions were easy to follow and the whole sofa (8 pieces) went together in less than four hours. The fabric was exactly what we expected and the fit and finish are top notch. The sectional has been the place to be in our house all week.Thanks for your great service, perfect product execution and customer value. <<< All cliché but they fully apply to our experience with Home Reserve.
