My family and I recently moved into a different apartment and needed new furniture. A friend helped me go online and check out a few websites. After a little delay in shipping, my Monroe Chair and Ottoman (Cricket Berry) arrived — two boxes sitting on my porch waiting for me. The parts were easily identifiable and I was quite pleased at the thoughtfulness of Home Reserve putting in work gloves! I struggled a bit in the beginning because some of the pieces wouldn’t go together without some sanding and using a hammer so it took me about 2 hours to do the chair. Only took 15 minutes for the ottoman so now I figure I am a pro. Next will be a sectional – just need to decide on a color/pattern — so many to choose from. Thanks Home Reserve! Oh yeah I guess I should say that I assembled it while watching my Detroit Red Wings play so that could have been another reason it took about two hours.

Hi everybody! I recently purchased a loveseat, chair and ottoman. My husband Michael was amused that I ordered this online and was game to putting it together;1, however part 12 of the loveseat was missing and we had received our shipment on a Friday. To say I was worried over my husbands frustration would be putting it mildly :-B Home Reserve came to the rescue and called me back on Saturday and sent the part out to me immediately Monday morning. I was so happy to receive the part ;2 and the furniture looks terrific. It has now been a month and we’ve really broke in the furniture. It’s so soft and comfortable after a few weeks of movies, homework on the ottoman and kids time out’s in the new chair :-} Again, we are very pleased with our new furniture and appreciate the kind staff at Home Reserve! 8-0

The sectional arrived on Monday and we began work right away. The packing and idenification of each piece of the product made it easy to et underway. The instructions and numbering system were easy to follow. The sofa is the the perfect color and it is awesomely comfortable. I will definately recommend this product!

I ordered my couch on 3/23 and I am still awaiting the arrival. Sandy says it’ll ship out tommoro (04/03) so I’m trying to stay patient. I am so anxious and nervous to meet my first new couch! I hope it really lives up to my expectation and I\’m as happy as everyone else. ;5 it feels like it has been years instead of weeks of me waiting for it. I’ll send another message to let you all know the outcome. I’m just posting this to try to waste a little time waiting! So i’m still waiting;5

Just wanted to thank you for your awesome help in decorating my daughter’s bedroom. We received the chair and ottoman yesterday afternoon and my 12 year old daughter put it all together herself! The colors worked beautiful with her newly painted room and bedspread.
