Home Reserve will not in any way, sell, give, or convey any personal
information about any individual to anyone. All information received
by Home Reserve will be used for business purposes such as acknowledging
receipt of orders, informing customers of shipping information,
and billing status.

Home Reserve is on a secure server. This
web site provides secure communication . Secure communication
means that information you provide, such as your name address
and credit card information are encrypted. The information
can not be read by others. When you enter a secure web
site page your browser displays a "s" in the
https on the address bar and a lock icon in a locked
position on the status bar. This indicates the site page
your on is protected against third party observation.

Home Reserve accepts Credit Cards (USA issued only)
from Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Use of Credit Cards
- Not only are you on a secure server,
all information supplied by you will be encrypted. This
means when you complete the ordering form with your credit card
and personal information it's sent encrypted.
Home Reserve will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
All orders are calculated at time of purchase. This includes Tax and shipping charges. If an error has been made in this process, Home Reserve will not make any adjustments (except for credits) without the approval of the customer first. Customers will be notified of all final adjustments via email.
If for some reason a customers credit card has a discrepancy, please contact customer service or Ph: 800-482-2712 or Fax: 260-969-6939. All inquires will be reviewed and adjustments made immediately.

Sales Tax and Shipping Charges

Home Reserve charges sales tax to
Indiana residents only. All other residents of the United
States are tax exempt. Our shipping rates are based on size
and weight of the shipping container according to the shipping
rates of United Parcel Service. Tax and shipping is calculated
at time of purchase. All orders will be evaluated by Home
Reserve prior to their shipping. If for some reason there
is an error, Home Reserve will contact the customer prior
to shipping. Home Reserve will routinely review shipping
costs and make adjustments to provide the most accurate cost
to the customer. Our goal is not to make money from
the shipping process.
Return Policy
- No Hassle Returns: If you're not
happy with your Home Reserve furniture for any reason, we'll
refund the purchase price of the item. The original shipping
charge is not refunded. Just return the item to us in its original
packaging within 30 days. (You'll need a vacuum to
get the foam back in its box)
- Damaged goods: If a product arrives
damaged, don't accept it. If you accept it, call Home
Reserve to receive instructions. Home Reserve will pay for
replacement shipping cost.
- All returns must have a RMA# (return merchandise
approval) affixed to be box prior to shipping. Items not having
RMA# will not be accepted.
- RMA# can be obtained through customer
service or contact Home Reserve, LLC by phone at 260-969-6939
or Fax 260-969-6938. Please provide purchasing information
as well as information: model number, serial number etc)
along with reason for return.
Reselling Home Reserve Furniture
- Home Reserve, LLC does not authorize
the resale of any of our products.
