The furniture is made in the USA at our factory in Indiana. You are always welcome to come visit. (We'd love to meet you!), and everything is available exclusively through our website at direct, wholesale prices.
All items, from ottomans to a large sectional sofa, are shipped by UPS nationwide in easy-to-manage package sizes. It's all ready-to-assemble, so not only is shipping economical, but the boxes can be moved conveniently through stairs, hallways, and other awkward areas.
One really cool thing about our process is that we design and manufacture our products in the same building as the offices of our customer service representatives. This makes communication
more simple. And as an Internet company, our customer comments mean everything to us! We are so delighted that the Better Business Bureau is giving us an A+.

The furniture is incredibly strong and solid. It is made from a new, engineered wood called oriented strand board, and while it's
not the most pretty material, it has got "rugged good looks" and goes way beyond particle board in strength and durability. It even saves on natural resources [see more ways Home Reserve is green].
Our furniture has been put through a series of tests written for the U.S. government by Purdue University. These laboratory trials required the frames be put through the equivalent of twenty years of use in three days. Home Reserve came out a 
winner [see the details of that testing]. We established our 10 Year Warranty based on these superior results.
Our customers tell us that they sleep on their Home Reserve couches and sofas all the time. Eight-inch-thick seat cushions underneath all those napping customers are the reasons for comfort.
